Very interesting image. It doesn't really contain any isolated detail, however because it is bright and colourful, it has a really nice feel about it. I really like the bright scene, the colours and the framing of the shot. I think that possibly the photo could be nice, if you removed some of the space between the baloon and the white clouds (would take some photoshop to bring the clouds closer). This could mean that the photo was more impactful, because it would be more of a close-up of the baloon.
